ES Let’s talk

One vendor, not two

Many small companies hire one agency for the app and another for “the AI part”. Two invoices, two timelines and nobody in charge of making them work together. We do both.

1 account
Development and AI from the same team
Fixed price
Scope agreed before we start
3 payments
30 %, 40 % and 30 %, as work progresses
AI on purpose
Only where it replaces manual work

Forge + AI: we build to fit, by hand, and add AI only where it saves work.

What we forge

AI where it saves hours

Pick a task, set your business volume and see how much time an automation frees up. These are rough estimates: in the discovery call we work them out with your data.

21.4 hours freed per month

By hand 4 min per item

5.3 h per week

  • Download the PDF from the email
  • Copy supplier, date and amounts into the system
  • Check the totals add up
  • Rename and file the document

Automated 0.3 min per item

0.4 h per week

  • The email lands in a dedicated inbox
  • AI extracts and validates the data
  • It’s entered in your accounting system
  • You only review the exceptions

based on 4.33 weeks per month

How we work

  1. To begin, a free 30-minute discovery call. We learn how your business runs, what eats your time and what you want to achieve. If we can’t help, we tell you right there.

Discovery 30 min · Video call
    • How the business runs today
    • Where time gets lost
    • What would need building
  2. Within days, a fixed-scope proposal: what gets built, what stays out, how long it takes and what it costs. A fixed price that doesn’t move unless the scope does.

    Proposal Fixed scope
    • Customer ordering portal
    • Automatic invoice entry
    • Weekly sales dashboard
    • Out of scope: native app
  3. After that, we build in milestones and show you progress running in a real environment, not screenshots. You pay each stage once you’ve seen the previous one done.

    Progress Staging environment
    • Login and roles
    • Catalogue with prices
    • Orders and notifications
    • AI invoice reading
  4. On delivery, the code, accounts and documentation are put in your name. If you like, we stay on for maintenance with a monthly plan; if not, you take everything.

    Handover In your name
    • Code repository
    • Servers and domains
    • User manual
    • Technical guide

Fixed price, paid 30 · 40 · 30

We agree scope and price before starting. You pay in three milestones, so there are no surprises for you and no endless waiting for anyone.

  1. 30 % On signing Work starts with the scope agreed.
  2. 40 % Validated progress When you see half of it working.
  3. 30 % Delivery Everything live and in your name.

Questions before we start

What is Forjia?

Forjia is a software development studio in Ecuador. We build custom software, websites and artificial intelligence automations for small businesses and startups without an in-house tech team, and work remotely with clients across Latin America.

I don’t have a tech team. Can I work with you?

Yes, that’s exactly who we work for. We talk in business terms, explain every technical decision and document everything so you don’t depend on anyone.

Who owns the code?

You do. After the final milestone we transfer the repository, servers, domains and service accounts into your name.

What if I want to change something halfway?

We talk it through. If the change fits the scope, nothing changes. If it extends it, we send you the extra cost in writing before doing it; it never shows up on an invoice unannounced.

Do you use AI in every project?

No. We only use it where it replaces manual work a person does today. If a form and a database solve the problem, that’s what we build.

How long does a project take?

A landing page usually takes two or three weeks; an MVP, six to ten. The exact timeline is written into the proposal along with the price.

What happens after delivery?

You get a 30-day warranty to fix bugs at no cost. After that you can take the monthly maintenance plan or carry on yourself with the documentation.
